Crystalline, ruby red in color, the wine has floral aromas of wild rose, fruity Marasca jam, spicy pink pepper, and mace. The palate is dry and well-structured, both savory and fresh, with vivid tannins.

This wine is an excellent partner for pasta with mushroom sauce, aromatic white meat, roast lamb, or semi-ripened cheese.
