2021 Notes Nouveau Syrah

You’ve got to love a classic reimagined. For our nouveau take on Syrah, we sourced cool climate grapes from the Grampians and crafted a Heathcote wine using a minimalist approach.

The result is a lively, fresh palate bursting with juicy berries, savoury feels and layers of complexity. Roll out the picnic rug to enjoy this exciting evolution of a vintage drop.

Nose - Bright red and blue fruits; think plums and cherries with lifted violets and spice.
Palate - Plums, blueberries, and raspberries lead to a plush, fruit-forward palate. Layers of complexity are apparent with a creamy textural finish.
