Devil's Lair was founded upon ancient soils in the cool, southerly part of the Margaret River in 1980. Since then, it has built a reputation for producing wines with great clarity, delicate fruit flavours and elegant structure.

Nose - Lively aromas of lemon and lime sorbet create an invigorating citrus lift, layered with crushed limestone and sea spray that evoke the essence of coastal influence. Subtle hints of grilled grapefruit, cashews and toasty oak weave together, adding depth and warmth, while delicate undertones of white flowers and fresh herbs enhance complexity.

Palate - White nectarine and grapefruit unfold with exceptional precision, offering an elegant and luxurious tasting experience. This is enhanced by succulent acidity that invigorates the palate, accompanied by a subtle hint of salinity reminiscent of the ocean's breeze. Silken creamy cashew introduces a decadent richness, complemented by carefully selected oak that imparts nuanced spice and a touch of flint.
