2023 Coldstream Hills Single Vineyard Deer Farm Chardonnay

Coldstream Hills prides itself for having access to many of the best vineyards in the Yarra Valley. Back in the late 1980s, James Halliday introduced single vineyard wines to Coldstream Hills demonstrating their unique styles. The tradition has continued with the release of the Single Vineyard range.

Nose - Pure and refined with citrus notes of lime pith and lemon curd underpinned by nougat, wet rock/slate and subtle French oak

Palate - Attractive citrus notes of lemon/lime are enhanced with underlying nougat, seamless French oak, wet slate, and white florals. Elegant and textural in style with great length of flavour and beautifully balanced juicy acidity.
